Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as name, email address, role, dealer group or vendor company association, and authentication records.

For dealer verification, we may collect dealership legal name, rooftop address, dealer license number, license state, EIN, OEM dealer codes, brand associations, and supporting verification evidence.

For vendors, we collect company profile information, applicant contact details, product/listing descriptions, category selections, service areas, claimed OEM approvals, and integration claims.

We use information to operate the marketplace, verify dealer and vendor authenticity, route RFQs and demo requests, support reviews and moderation, send notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain audit history.

Dealer current-stack information is private to the dealer group unless explicitly shared with a vendor on a per-inquiry basis.

Dealer license, EIN, OEM code, manufacturer-confirmation, and state-database evidence are used for verification and fraud prevention.

Verification evidence may be retained as audit support for the authenticity decision. Vendors do not receive dealer verification documents.

Public catalog pages may show active vendor companies, listings, categories, and approved public listing details.

Vendors receive inquiry details only when a verified dealer sends an inquiry, RFQ, quote request, or demo request. Optional sharing fields remain off unless the dealer enables them.

We do not sell private dealer verification data.

Dealer List uses Supabase authentication, role-based access, and row-level security as part of its protection model.

Private beta data may be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, dispute, security, or legal purposes.

Privacy requests can be sent to the contact address published on the Dealer List site after the production domain and email are configured.
